Did I like it? YES! Of course the movie can't capture all the internal conflict of Bella that makes up SO much of the book but for a low budget film with beautiful actors I thought is was good. Hard book to adapt really.
Loved the restruant scene, Emmett's character, Edward and Victoria too. New Moon has been officially announced though.. yeah!!

I actually enjoyed it too - I went in with low expectations though, so maybe that's why. I actually thought the Bella and Edward characters had some nice chemistry goin' in the movie - and I loved the scene where she goes to the Cullens.
Ditto on everything you said Kari. I also thought Charlie's character was hilarious. I thought he was funnier in the movie than in the book. Loved the shotgun scene. When New Moon comes out we'll have to get the "Johnson Clan" together and make a day of it.
I liked it but I think the director could have done a better job! All that spinning made me sick(I know I am a sad case) That does make me excited for the new movie. However, I am not going @ 12 am again.
Yay for the next movie! I can't wait. Remember how last Saturday we were both like, no... we will wait until it comes out on DVD and then we both saw it in the theater opening weekend.
